Zoë has been coaching executives, entrepreneurs, small creative businesses and organisations looking for or undergoing change since 2001. She now runs Hothouse Group, which focuses on working with organisations, along with her business partner Leanne Lowish.

As an ally and thinking partner, Zoë provides the right mix of support and high challenge her clients need to create the subtle and not so subtle shifts in their thinking that open up a whole new world of possibilities.

Her overriding passion is for people to be better at being themselves. Although that may sound simple, there is a great deal more to it than meets the eye!
