Answer as many of these questions as you want to get and stay confident throughout the day!
1. Close your eyes. Relax back into your chair. Let yourself relax into the chair, like it is cradling you. Focus your attention on your breath and notice your tummy rising and falling, effortlessly and easily, as you breath in and out.
Think of a time when you were confident. See the picture in your mind.
Add to your picture by answering these questions:
what where you doing?
who were you with?
what sounds were there?
how were you holding your body? - Adjust your body posture so it is the same
how did you feel? Feel that feeling coming back now as you remember that moment.
Now let that feeling spread throughout your entire body. Notice how confident you are feeling. Notice how your body wants to move to take on a different posture. Let that happen.
Right now how much are you trusting yourself on a scale of 1-10? 1 being not very much and 10 being it couldn't be more. Choose the first number that comes into your mind.
Now look ahead at your day, feeling like this what are you going to decide to do today?
2. What do you need to say yes to to remain confident today? Choose at least one thing.
3. What do you need to say no to to remain confident today? Choose at least one thing.
