Today I am...

Answer as many of these questions as you want to get and stay energised throughout the day!

1. Close your eyes. Relax back into your chair. Let yourself relax into the chair, like it is cradling you. Focus your attention on your breath and notice your tummy rising and falling, effortlessly and easily, as you breath in and out.

Think of a time when you felt energised. See the picture in your mind.

Add to your picture by answering these questions:
what where you doing?
who were you with?
what sounds were there?
how were you holding your body? - Adjust your body posture so it is the same
how did you feel? Feel that feeling coming back now as you remember that moment.

2. If you were energised today what would you do differently?

3. If you wanted to stay energised throughout the day what's the most important thing you could do to make that happen?

4. Make a list of 5 things that drain your energy. e.g. not being honest, untidy desk, not having a lunch break. Which one will you eliminate for today?

5. Make a list of 5 things that you really enjoy. Which one will you do today?
