Strong

Complete the first exercise below and then answer as many of these questions as you want below to remain strong throughout the day!

1. Close your eyes. Relax back into your chair. Let yourself relax into the chair, like it is cradling you. Focus your attention on your breath and notice your tummy rising and falling, effortlessly and easily, as you breath in and out.

Think of a time when you felt strong. See the picture in your mind.

Add to your picture by answering these questions:
what where you doing?
who were you with, if anyone?
what sounds were there?
how were you holding your body? - Adjust your body posture so it is the same
how did you feel? Feel that feeling coming back now as you remember that moment.

Now imagine that you have a volume knob and turn up the volume of the feeling. Imagine turning the knob and the feeling of strength moving throughout your body.

Now go on to answer the rest of these questions
2. Think of someone you know who you think is strong. If they were in your shoes, how would they feel and what would they do?

3. What is the one thing you need to remember to stay strong?
