Zoë Windsor
Zoë works with senior leaders who are already successful and know something essential is missing.
Things work. Very well. But underneath, there is often a quiet or not so quiet pressure.
Her work is not about thinking harder or adding more strategy.
It is about changing the quality of how you lead, decide, and relate to yourself, to others, and to the complexity you are navigating.
Zoë’s clients are founders, CEOs and senior leaders. They are passionate and deeply committed to what they do. Many are also, in their own way, unconventional or have always seen themselves as a little different.
They are not looking for surface level solutions. They are looking for peace and clarity that not only holds under pressure but also sharpens their edge. For a way of leading that leaves them feeling fully alive not quietly questioning the sustainability of it. For something that feels more like their own and less shaped around everyone else.
Her approach is direct and perceptive.
She works quickly, often getting to what matters within moments. Not by pushing, but by paying close attention to what is said, what is not said, and what is happening underneath both.
Clients find themselves thinking differently, but also experiencing themselves differently. Less driven by pressure or habit. More able to act from clarity, presence and choice. The result is not just better decisions. It is a different way of being in their work and their lives.
Zoë has worked extensively with senior leaders, entrepreneurs and family businesses undergoing significant change. Her work is entirely referral-led and grounded in long-term, high-trust relationships.
She lives in Surrey and works with clients across the UK and internationally.
